A 1988 CUDA graduate who also earned a degree in business administration majoring in marketing from the University of Central Florida. Shawn’s career in sales & marketing has given him experience which he utilizes to help local charities grow. Shawn has served in leadership roles throughout his life including philanthropies as founding Vice Chairman of Kidds aRe First, Chairman of NSB CAPS, and Founding Chairman of CUDAS UnHooked.

Cortney Lidder

Cortney brings a wealth of experience, passion, and dedication to the Cudas Unhooked mission. With more than 18 years of experience in social welfare & supportive services, Cortney has a deep passion for youth development, and a strong background in community outreach, fundraising, and organizational leadership. Cortney holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. She is also a certified master resiliency trainer, substance prevention educator, and suicide prevention specialist.

Amanda Mccready
director of student services
Amanda first connected to NSB in 2013, but when she learned about the Cudas Unhooked mission, she made the move full time. From a young age, Amanda learned to adapt. Her life’s journey has led her to live in 9 states, Japan, and Singapore. Her experience includes sales, marketing, program & event management, volunteering, and coaching. Amanda holds a Bachelors Degree from James Madison University.

Joan moved to NSB in 2015 and has been a crucial part of the success of Cudas Unhooked and the Cuda House. She holds an MBA from Arizona State University.
Joan enjoys working with young adults and wants to help them succeed.
